To demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction, we offer a 60-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your rod within 60 days of purchase, simply submit a claim and we can begin your refund process.

Our guarantee covers all Custom PRO Series and BRED Series production rods. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our rods, and we are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase.

BardeRodz (KINDLEWOOD OUTDOORS, LLC) 2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY PROTOCOL FOR BRED SERIES PRODUCTION RODS

BardeRodz (Kindlewood Outdoors, LLC) offers a 2 year limited warranty on all of our BRED Series production rod models. This limited warranty guarantees that the rod is free from any manufacturer/workmanship defects. This limited warranty is determined by Kindlewood Outdoors, LLC. and does not cover damage from abuse, accidents, modifications or tampering in any way. Lost or stolen rods are not covered by this warranty. Each warranty claim will be addressed individually by BardeRodz (Kindlewood Outdoors, LLC). If the damage is determined to be covered by the warranty program, we will repair or replace the rod with an exact or latest comparable model at no cost to the customer. No changes or adjustments are permitted. Each rod is entitled to one warranty replacement if granted by our team. Shipping charges are not covered by the BardeRodz (Kindlewood Outdoors, LLC) Limited Warranty Program.

For damages that are within 2 years from date of purchase, but are not covered under the warranty program, we offer a "No-Hassle" Replacement Program. BRED Series production rods can be replaced for $120.00 (+ shipping & handling) includes standard personalization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. You must provide proof of purchase
  2. You must be the original owner of the rod being warranted
  3. All broken pieces must be sent to BardeRodz (Kindlewood Outdoors, LLC). to be inspected. (You will be responsible for shipping costs)

For damages that occur over the lifespan of your rod, but are not covered under the warranty program, we offer a customized replacement program at a discounted rate. This is a case-by-case warranty so replacement fees are dependent on factors such as components on the original build, and what can be salvaged (if the customer wishes to repurpose components).
